Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about Risky.
Getting Started
What is Risky?
Risky is a PvP futures trading competition platform on Solana. Two players compete in 5-minute trading battles using simulated leverage. The player with the highest PnL wins the staked SOL.
How do I start playing?
Connect your Solana wallet, deposit some SOL, choose a stake level, and join the queue. You'll be matched with another player and the battle begins immediately.
What wallets are supported?
We support all major Solana wallets including Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, and any wallet that supports Wallet Adapter standard.
Is there a minimum deposit?
Yes, the minimum deposit is 0.001 SOL. There's no maximum deposit limit.
Trading & Battles
How long do battles last?
Each battle is exactly 5 minutes. Positions are automatically closed 1 second before the end to ensure fair final PnL calculation.
What assets can I trade?
You can trade BTC/USD, ETH/USD, and SOL/USD. Prices are sourced from Coinbase Exchange in real-time.
What leverage is available?
You can use 1x to 100x leverage on all positions. Higher leverage means higher risk but also higher potential returns.
What happens if I get liquidated?
Positions auto-liquidate at -90% loss to prevent negative balance. You can still open new positions with your remaining balance.
Can I have multiple positions open?
Yes, you can open multiple positions simultaneously as long as you have sufficient balance. You can mix long and short positions.
How is the winner determined?
The player with the highest PnL (Profit and Loss) at the end of the 5-minute battle wins. This includes both realized and unrealized PnL.
Stakes & Payouts
What are the stake levels?
Public battles have fixed stake levels: 0.01, 0.05, 0.1, and 0.5 SOL. Private rooms can have custom stakes from 0.001 to 100 SOL.
How much does the winner get?
The winner receives 95% of the total stake pool (both players' stakes combined). A 5% platform fee is deducted.
What happens in a tie?
In the rare case of an exact tie, both players receive their original stake back (minus a small platform fee).
When do I receive my winnings?
Winnings are instantly credited to your Risky balance as soon as the battle ends. You can withdraw them immediately.
Private Rooms
What are private rooms?
Private rooms let you create custom battles with any stake amount and invite specific players via a unique code or link.
Who can create private rooms?
Anyone can create private rooms. Simply go to the lobby and click 'Create Private Room' to get started.
Can anyone join a private room?
Anyone with the invite code can join a private room.
How do private room invites work?
When you create a private room, you get a unique 8-character code and shareable link. Share either with your opponent.
Withdrawals & Security
How do I withdraw my balance?
Go to your Profile page, enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm the transaction. SOL is sent directly to your connected wallet.
Are there withdrawal limits?
Yes, maximum 100 SOL per transaction and 500 SOL per day. Minimum withdrawal is 0.001 SOL.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawals are processed instantly on Solana. You should receive your SOL within seconds.
Is my balance secure?
Yes, all funds are held in a secure treasury wallet. We use industry-standard security practices and rate limiting to prevent abuse.
Can I cancel a pending battle?
If you've been waiting for more than 5 minutes without a match, you can abandon the queue and your stake will be refunded.
