Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RISKY ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. RISKY is a peer-to-peer competitive trading platform built on the Solana blockchain.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use RISKY. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

3. Nature of Service

RISKY provides a platform for users to engage in simulated trading competitions ("Battles") using real cryptocurrency (SOL) as entry stakes. Each Battle involves two players competing to achieve the highest profit and loss (PNL) on simulated trades within a fixed time period. The winner receives the combined stake pool minus a platform fee.

Battles use real-time price data from live cryptocurrency markets
Trading within Battles is simulated and does not involve actual asset purchases
Entry stakes and winnings are in SOL and are real cryptocurrency transactions
A 5% platform fee is deducted from the winner's prize pool

4. Wallet and Funds

To use RISKY, you must connect a compatible Solana wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. RISKY never has access to your private keys. Deposits and withdrawals are processed on the Solana blockchain and are subject to network confirmation times and fees.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading competitions involve significant risk. You may lose all of your staked SOL. Past performance in Battles does not guarantee future results.

Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile. The value of SOL and other cryptocurrencies can fluctuate significantly. You should only stake amounts you can afford to lose.

RISKY is not a financial advisor and does not provide investment advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain unfair advantages
Collude with other users to manipulate Battle outcomes
Create multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules
Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform
Use the Platform for money laundering or other illegal activities
Interfere with other users' experience on the Platform

7. Platform Fee

RISKY charges a 5% fee on Battle winnings. This fee is automatically deducted from the prize pool before distribution to the winner. The fee structure may be updated with advance notice to users.

8. Limitation of Liability

RISKY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: trading losses, wallet security breaches, network failures, smart contract bugs, or price feed inaccuracies. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to the Platform.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of RISKY after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to RISKY at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining balance from your account, subject to verification and compliance checks.
